Top for a week – at least!

Last weekend, both Hibs and Celtic played on Sunday, though Hibs played first.

At home, at Easter Road, Hibs beat Dundee United 2-1 in a hard and difficult game. An important win.

Two hours later, Celtic played St. Johnstone at home. Celtic were coming from their good win against Barça in the Champions, and a few weeks ago beat St. Johnstone 5-0 in the League Cup. Things looked good.

Amazingly, St. Johnstone fought back to get a 1-1 draw. Celtic instead of being happy and confident, seemed to have a ‘hangover’ from the Barça game.

Hibs are top of the league with 2 points more than Celtic!

Leigh Griffiths scored another goal and is still the league’s best scorer.

For the first time this season, Hibs will be leaders for more than 24 hours. At least until 5pm next Saturday!
